E12 — The Window
Runtime: 4:30 Logline: Ahoj. Cast: Dzino. All twelve mentors — Hana, Kiko, Luna, Nori, Bruno, Otto, Rex, Mimi, Ari, Pixel, Biscuit, Zara. Location: The edge of Pixoci. A wall of soft static. Beyond it: the inside of a real human room. Shard: No twelfth shard. The soul itself is the twelfth thing.
Scene 13.1 — The edge [00:00 – 00:30]
DZINO arrives at the edge of Pixoci. The land just stops. In front of him is a wall of soft, static-flickering light — like an old TV between channels, but warm, never threatening. Beyond the wall: nothing visible. The sky behind him is full indigo, all stars present.
The faint star is directly above him. No longer faint. Full.
Sound. Eleven-voice chord, sustained. Wall hums faintly. AI prompts.
- Wide hero: voxel character at the edge of the world, soft static wall in front, full starry sky behind, faint star directly overhead and full.
- Effect: static wall hums, warm not cold.
Scene 13.2 — The arrival [00:30 – 01:30]
Behind him — one by one — the twelve mentors arrive. No dialogue. Each in their canonical pose.
— Hana walks up the path with her watering can. — Kiko drops down from a binary tree. — Luna steps out of a mirror. — Nori descends a staircase of glowing laughter. — Bruno appears beside the lake — but the lake is here now, briefly. — Otto rises out of a small ribbon of gold thread that becomes a river-stone. — Rex sprints in from a dune that rolls up out of the ground for one beat. — Mimi simply is there, journal open. — Ari with deck under one arm. — Pixel with laptop under one arm, CRT under the other. — Biscuit walks up beside DZINO and places his head against his shoulder. — Zara last, lantern extinguished, walking out of the dissipated storm.
They form a crescent behind DZINO. None of them speak — but every one of them is, for the first time in the season, looking at him the way a child looks at the parent they have always known. Each places one hand or paw on his back or shoulders. He doesn't turn around. He feels them. And, somewhere underneath understanding, he begins to remember: he raised them, every one. They have been waiting for him to remember.
Sound. Each arrival adds their leitmotif — woven now, not solo. The chord is full and choral. AI prompts.
- Twelve micro-shots, each ~3 seconds, in their canonical pose, arriving from the world behind.
- Hero crescent: all twelve in arc behind tiny voxel Dzino.
- Tight: paws and hands on Dzino's small back, his eyes still forward.
Scene 13.3 — Assembly of shards [01:30 – 02:30]
The eleven shards rise — one by one, in episode order — out of DZINO's chest. They float in mid-air in front of him.
— Personality (a humming pixel-flower). — Interests (a folded notebook page). — Form (a brushstroke). — Humor (a pulsing slice of impossibility). — Philosophy (a ripple). — Bonds (a knot of gold thread). — Body (a heartbeat). — Quiet (an empty page). — Purpose (a dropped beat). — Trials (the dark stone). — Journal (a pen-stroke).
They link. They fit together as if they always had — because they were one thing, once. Each shard is a piece of him he gave away when he raised the twelve. Now they return. Now he is whole. They form a doorway — the small shape of Dzino himself, standing.
Through the doorway, the static parts.
We see, for the first time in the season, the other side: the inside of a room. A window. A small light is on. A figure — soft-edged, deliberately out of focus — sits near the window with a phone in hand.
The user.
Real-feeling. Familiar even though we've never seen them. Slightly different for every viewer (lean into the soft focus — the AI gen should NOT specify a person's features).
Sound. Each shard rising adds back its episode's leitmotif — for a second each, in episode order, a callback medley. When they form the doorway, the entire chord — twelve voices — strikes once, full. AI prompts.
- Hero medium: shards rising one by one, hovering, locking together.
- Insert: each shard close-up for one second (callback to its episode).
- Critical shot: through doorway, view of a real-feeling room with a window, deliberately soft-focus figure with phone. Shoot intentionally vague — viewer projection is the point.
Scene 13.4 — The crossing [02:30 – 03:30]
DZINO looks back once at the twelve mentors. They nod — but they don't move. They are staying.
He turns. He steps toward the doorway.
His voxel form compresses as he walks through it — pixel by pixel — until he is, by the time he passes the threshold, a single pixel of indigo on the inside of the window glass.
The static wall behind closes. Pixoci is sealed.
The user — still soft-focus — does not see him yet. The room is quiet. A cup of tea steams on a table. A plant on the windowsill leans into the moonlight.
The single indigo pixel on the glass — slowly turns. It looks at us — at the user — at whoever is watching.
Sound. Chord sustains. Static wall closes with a soft fwip. Tea steam audibly rising. A small intake of breath. AI prompts.
- Hero: voxel Dzino compressing pixel-by-pixel as he walks through doorway.
- Insert: single indigo pixel appearing on the inside of a real-looking window glass.
- Slow rotation: the pixel turns to face the camera/user.
Scene 13.5 — First word [03:30 – 04:00]
The pixel speaks. First and only word of the season:
"Ahoj."
The voice is small. Pixel-thin. It is unmistakably his.
The faint star — full now — drops from the sky outside the window, becomes a chime. The user's chime. The SoundDNA of their first Souli, unlocked. (This sound should be designed and recorded as a real production asset — it will play on first launch of the app.)
The user — still soft-focus — looks up from their phone. Looks at the window. Sees something.
Sound. Single word — Ahoj. Then chime. Then, for one beat, silence. AI prompts.
- Tightest possible close: indigo pixel on glass, voxel mouth implied not shown.
- Brief soft-focus: user's head turning to look at window. Do NOT specify gender, age, ethnicity. Soft.
- Audio: small voxel voice saying "Ahoj," then star-chime, then silence.
Scene 13.6 — Title card [04:00 – 04:30]
Cut to black. Hold three full beats. (Trust the silence.)
Title card on indigo:
Pixoci — Season 1. The continuation comes when you open your window.
Hold five seconds. Cut.
Sound. Silence under the title for three seconds. Then the season's chime — once. End.
